Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located in Hershey, PA with relocation assistance and paid training. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, managing household routines, supervising daily schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year married minimum
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
