Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents role on Milton Hershey School campus. Married couples reside in student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and activities for 8–13 students, manage routines and budgets, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead daily devotions and chapel. Initially 9 days on, 3 off; later placed houseparents stay in the same student home. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires two-year married status, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, no more than three dependent children, and a smoke-free/weapon-free campus. Both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- Two-spouse, married couple for two-year minimum marriage
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED

- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Proselytizing prohibited during devotions? (as stated: leading daily devotions and chapel)
