Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Student Support Caregiver (Full-time Flex Houseparents) for Milton Hershey School; two-person married couple lives on campus in student homes to supervise ~8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, routines, and supervision. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary per person is $46,917 with total compensation around $180,000 per couple including housing and meals.
