Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and support groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
