Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for a two-person, married-couple team serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a Milton Hershey School campus. Caregivers reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from flexible homes to a placed home with the same group of students. Both spouses must complete individual applications; role involves living on campus, a 9-on/3-off schedule initially, relocation to Hershey, PA, and a comprehensive benefits package including housing, meals, insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
