Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and developmental activities for 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is involved with on-site housing and comprehensive benefits; both spouses must apply individually for this two-person position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
