Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School for married couples living on-campus to care for 8–13 students in homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license (and ability to drive student vans), and willingness to relocate. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and complete individual applications. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Salary: $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple with benefits). Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, PTO, and more. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required

- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to chapel services
