Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, coordinating daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading development activities, and overseeing budgeting/reporting. Starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule; may transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-year marriage (legally married for at least two years) with both spouses age 27 or older
- Willingness to live on campus and work as a two-person team
- Ability to pass background checks and driving certification for student vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
