Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement into a Stable Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
