Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and chapel. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same group of students. Requires a two-year married couple, both spouses 27+, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to drive student vans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for legally married couples
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
