Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and support ~8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple homes on a rotating 9-on/3-off schedule with eventual placement into a consistent home. Relocation assistance is provided; there is a clear path from Flex Houseparents to a placed Houseparent role with ongoing duties focused on student academic, emotional, and social development. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willingness to lead devotions, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications to be considered.
