Job Summary
Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in a two-person, married-couple role to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in a steady student-home assignment. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications.
