Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and structured, family-like care for 8–13 students; duties include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on, three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being a legally married couple at least two years, both 27 or older, to apply; relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
