Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside on-campus, supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Position requires two spouses who are legally married, both aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, along with comprehensive benefits and paid training. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and may transition into a placed Houseparent responsible for the same student home; involves driving, youth supervision, and faith-based activities on a university-style campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
