Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a family-like environment. Responsibilities include supervising routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off-days to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strict adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty). Required Qualifications

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
