Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes, reside with a group of approximately 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support to foster students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and initially supporting multiple homes on a 9 days-on/3 days-off schedule before transitioning to the Placed Houseparent role. Qualifications include experience with youth, a two-spouse requirement, both spouses ages 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED.
