Job Summary
A two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes before transitioning to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, both spouses aged 27+, and a commitment to a safe, alcohol-free campus.
Required Qualifications
