Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, and engage in activities and devotions. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventual placement in a dedicated student home. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) with comprehensive health and retirement benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a two-year-married-couple requirement with both spouses enrolled separately.
