Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA area, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, activity planning, and daily devotions for a group of approximately 8–13 students; schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group and benefiting from relocation support and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
