Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel visits, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from rotating duty to a placed houseparent over time. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Compensation is listed per person, with relocation assistance provided and comprehensive benefits.
