Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support a career-focused, structured family-like home environment. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent Houseparent assignment. This position requires a legally married couple (two years) ages 27+ who will complete individual applications; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
