Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus student homes. Couples reside with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support; responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and participating in a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA and completion of individual applications by both spouses; on-site benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, paid relocation training, and housing/meal provisions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Experience working with youth
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA
- Commitment to scripture-based activities and Chapel participation
