Job Summary
Two-person, fully on-campus role placing married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Milton Hershey School; responsible for supervising 8–13 students, administering medications, planning activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. Couples live in student homes, follow a nine-on/three-off duty cycle, and may transition to aPlaced Houseparent role. Requires valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must complete individual applications. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive insurance; total compensation per couple around $180,000 with housing and meals included.
