Student Support Caregiver role for on-campus residential care of 8–13 students per home. Couples live on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured family-like environment to foster students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparents to Placed Houseparents in a consistent student home. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, and paid time off.
