Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: married couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and guidance, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent role within the same student home. The role includes relocation to Hershey, PA, and comprehensive benefits with relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
