Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents reside on Milton Hershey School campus to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and house reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role in the same student home. Benefits include a $46,917 per person salary with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
