Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on campus in student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a stable Home placement. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; relocation assistance is provided. This role emphasizes caregiving, supervision, student wellness, devotional leadership, and family-like caregiving within a structured residential setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
