Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA (relocation required) and support 8–13 students with supervision, mentorship, routines, medications, transportation to activities, and spiritual development. Roles begin with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and transition to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working arrangement with the same student group.
