Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person role for married couples who will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with later transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA is part of the role and relocation assistance is provided. Requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and to complete individual employment applications. Salary listed per person is $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple including housing and meals; comprehensive benefits available.
