Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus at Milton Hershey School (MHS) to care for and mentor a group of 8–13 students in the home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle across multiple homes and can transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group.
