Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus role as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Milton Hershey School, serving 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement. Requires as a couple to reside on campus, with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle initially, relocation assistance provided, and comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration; minimum education is a high school diploma or GED; valid driver's license and ability to drive student vans; lifting capacity up to 50 lbs; strict campus conduct rules. Salary is $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple) plus housing and benefits.
Required Qualifications
