Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from rotating 9-on/3-off duty to a placed houseparent role. Requires being legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, prior experience with youth, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance provided.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
