Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team living on an Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a placed houseparent role with the same student home.
