Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily routines, supervision, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. The position offers relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
