Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, and actively engage in developmental and recreational activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with campus behavior standards.
