Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship for 8–13 students in an on-campus home while managing household routines and schedules. Administer medications, ensure student wellness, and drive students to activities while planning and engaging in developmental and recreational programs. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Serve nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license to operate student home vans.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
