Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and budgeting. Administer medications, ensure student wellness, and drive students to activities. Plan and lead developmental, recreational, and devotional programs, including daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Oversee household reporting and maintain a structured, family-like environment. Work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Salary is $46,917 per person with free housing, meals, and utilities. Couples must be married at least two years, both 27+, and hold valid driver's licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
