Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in Madisonville, KY, provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
