Job Summary
Married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students to support academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (approximately $46,917) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a two-year marriage minimum for both spouses; post-hire, both spouses must complete individual applications.
