Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus: a two-person, married-couple positions living in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting; schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a placed Houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey area with on-campus housing and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Couples must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
- Complete individual employment applications by both spouses
