Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent positions in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreation, leading daily devotions, and budgeting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires residence in a on-campus setting, relocation assistance provided, and a strong commitment to student well-being. Salary is $46,917 per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proselytizing prohibited during devotions and Chapel activities
