Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of a group of about 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same students.
