Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with a consistent home group. Requires on-campus housing, relocation to Hershey, PA, a two-person married-couple setup, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits; schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.
Required Qualifications
