Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents are a two-person, full-time role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent with the same students. They must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, be able to lift 50 lbs, and have experience working or volunteering with youth. Relocation assistance is provided; the position includes comprehensive benefits and on-site housing.
