Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Student Support Caregiver (Full-time Flex Houseparents) for Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel visits, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially working a 9-on/3-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing included. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with limited pet allowances. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, plus comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
