Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, devotions, transportation, budgeting oversight, and activity planning. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role in the same student home. Requires on-campus living, relocation to Hershey, PA, and adherence to campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol). Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse role must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
