Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) will reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School to care for a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same students.
