Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple living on-campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on and three-days-off schedule and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home, plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
