Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person married couple, reside on campus in Springdale, UT, to supervise and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. The role requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old, with no more than three dependent children in the home.
