Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting/reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; two-person, married-couple requirement with both spouses completing individual applications.
